煜盛文化(01859.HK) 公布，旗下间接全资附属公司北京煜盛文化于昨日(9日)，与两名独立第三方订立合作协议。据悉，三方将共同制作并推出一档旨在推广及培养中国武术文化的综艺节目，该综艺节目预期将于2025年6月或前后于其中一名合作方的在线视频平台播出。
公告指，北京煜盛将有权获得该综艺节目产生的收入，包括广告收入、赞助收入及由此产生的平台用户收入。
