智通财经APP获悉，多点数智(02586)再跌超15%，触及6.3港元，较招股价30.21港元破发近八成。截至发稿，跌15%，报6.46港元，成交额2975.32万港元，市值蒸发至不足60亿港元。
据悉，多点数智Dmall成立于2015年，为本地零售业提供基于云的一站式端到端的数字零售SaaS平台，成立之初其就开始向物美集团提供服务。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，于2023年，按收益计算，公司是中国最大的零售数字化解决方案服务商以及亚洲领先的零售数字化解决方案服务商。值得注意的是，该公司前期投资者不设禁售期。
财务方面，2021年至2023年、2024年上半年，多点数智来自持续经营业务的净亏损分别为18.08亿元、9亿元、7.49亿元和4.82亿元。报告期内，公司来自物美集团等关联方（物美集团、麦德龙中国实体、重庆百货集团、银川新华集团、百安居实体）的收益分别为5.99亿元、9.66亿元、12.02亿元和7.35亿元，收益占比分别为70.6%、72.7%、75.9%和78.2%，关联收益占比持续提升。
