其士国际(00025.HK) 公布,其间接全资附属OR4 Laurelhurst,向美国养老院营运商SE Stark出售已转让资产,总代价为3,500万美元(约2.73亿港元),料录收益约1,332万美元(约1.04亿港元)。出售事项所得款项净额拟用作集团一般营运资金。
该已转让资产为Laurelhurst Village, 3060 SE Stark St., Portland, OR 97214, U.S.所在的不动产及邻近不动产的永久产权。
