从激光导航技术到大蒜，美国国会众议院已经通过了一项包含禁止诸多中国进口商品的法案，并极有可能在今年年底成为正式法律。

据香港《南华早报》12月12日报道，当地时间12月11日，美国众议院以281票对140票通过了国会年度国防法案，即“国防授权法案”（NDAA）。《华尔街日报》称，预计参议院将于下周就这项规模高达8950亿美元的法案进行快速审议，并可能在下周末国会休会前通过，随后预计美国总统拜登将签署成法。

报道指出，“国防授权法案”为美国国防部设定了最高预算并指导政策方向，可谓是一项“必须通过”的法案，因为该法案的颁布是军人按时领取薪资和福利的必要条件。因此，一些与国防无严格关联的条款也经常被纳入该法案。而与往年一样，2025财年的“国防授权法案”充斥着“同中国竞争和对抗”的相关内容。
