智通财经APP获悉，软件初创公司ServiceTitan(TTAN.US)在2024年资本市场复苏之际，计划通过提高股票发行价格在美国进行首次公开募股(IPO)，寻求高达59.5亿美元的估值。该公司计划出售880万股股票，将发行价区间上调至每股65至67美元，预计筹资总额将达到5.896亿美元，高于之前价格区间高端的5.02亿美元。
ServiceTitan，这家由Ara Mahdessian和Vahe Kuzoyan创立的公司，已经成为供暖、通风和空调(HVAC)行业技术人员经营企业使用的软件市场的领导者。公司总部位于加州格伦代尔，将在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“TTAN”。
此次IPO由高盛、摩根士丹利、富国银行和花旗集团牵头，共14家公司组成的承销团负责。ServiceTitan的上市将使其加入今年已上市的风险投资支持公司之列，包括社交媒体平台Reddit(RDDT.US)和网络安全软件公司Rubrik(RBRK.US)。
