随着国民健康需求的快速增长，鱼油产品的多元化市场需求仍保持较高增速，为尽快完善鱼油产业链条，公司拟通过收购目标公司部分股权来加快在鱼油产业方面的布局。
目标公司从鱼油国际贸易到国内自主生产加工，积累了丰富的产业资源，生产技术与生产控制水平行业领先，为中国Omega-3营养油脂精炼和制造行业的领军企业。目标公司与公司鱼油产业具有高度互补性和协同性，建议交易符合公司在大健康板块的战略规划与布局，有利于公司实现产业链延伸。
