Stellantis NV和宁德时代计划投资至多41亿欧元（43亿美元），在西班牙建立一家新工厂生产电动汽车电池。

　　两家公司周二在一份联合声明中表示，这座位于萨拉戈萨的工厂将在2026年底前开始生产磷酸铁锂电池。他们表示，该工厂的产能可能达到50吉瓦时，取决于欧洲的电动汽车市场以及西班牙和欧盟当局的持续支持。

　　Jeep制造商Stellantis正在“采用所有可用的先进电池技术，为我们的客户带来有竞争力的电动汽车产品，”董事长John Elkann说。

　　欧洲一直在努力建立一个本土电池产业，但进展不尽人意。瑞典电池制造商Northvolt AB上月申请破产，其他项目被推迟或取消。
