消息面上，宜搜科技上市届满一年，上市前股东约1.97亿股于今日迎来解禁。值得注意的是，宜搜科技近期发生多次存转仓异动。10月14日，宜搜科技发生转仓异动，转出经纪商为中泰国际证券，转入经纪商为元库证券，转仓比例为2.16%；11月14日，该股发生存仓异动，存仓比例为13.65%，存入经纪商为招银国际证券；11月29日及12月6日，该股分别存入中银国际证券2341.74万股及3210.89万股。
此外，该公司近日发公告称，栾凌先生已辞任非执行董事及董事会薪酬委员会(薪酬委员会)成员，以便分配更多时间予家庭及处理个人业务；诸葛庆晨先生因健康理由已辞任非执行董事；及甘鸣皋先生已辞任非执行董事及董事会审核委员会(审核委员会)成员，因其希望将更多关注及精力投入到其家庭。均自2024年12月2日起生效。
