智通财经APP讯，嘉艺控股(01025)发布公告，公司建议透过按于记录日期每持有1股股份获发3股供股股份的基准，按每股供股股份0.29港元的认购价发行最多1.52亿股供股股份，借以筹集所得款项总额最多约4400万港元。供股并无获包销，仅供合资格股东参与，且将不会向不合资格股东提呈。
假设供股获悉数认购，供股的所得款项净额估计将约为4160万港元(假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目并无变动)。公司拟将所得款项净项中约1700万港元用作投资东南亚的潜在商机;约1500万港元用作偿还集团债务;及约960万港元用作一般营运资金。
