智通财经APP获悉，易鑫集团(02858)午后再涨20%，月内累计涨幅超45%。截至发稿，涨16.67%，报0.98港元，成交额1.29亿港元。
消息面上，根据香港联交所12月10日披露的文件，12月6日，曾令祺增持易鑫集团4500万股普通股股份，每股均价0.6港元，价值约2,700万港元。增持后，曾令祺最新持股数目为6.96亿股股份，好仓比例由9.97%升至10.66%。
此外，易鑫集团公告，第三季度实现汽车融资交易量(包括新乘用车及二手乘用车)达19.2万笔，同比增长5.2%，融资交易额达185亿元人民币。数据显示，2024年第三季度，易鑫新能源汽车融资交易量约为5.3万笔，同比增长约26.8%。金融科技方面，三季度易鑫金融科技业务促成融资金额达56亿元，同比提升87.2%。此外，通过SaaS模式服务的新车业务中，新能源汽车渗透率达到约60.6%。
