中国建材(03323.HK) 今早股价造好，最新报3.61元升3.1%。华泰证券发表报告指，中国建材(03323.HK) 计划向全体股东提出回购要约，按每股4.03港元回购并注销最多8.42亿股H股。计划回购的最大股份数占总股本9.98%，占已发行H股18.47%；回购价格较12月6 日收盘股价溢价约15.1%。该行认为重磅回购方案体现管理层引导价值发现的决心。若获批通过，将增厚每股收益和股东权益。重申对该股“买入”评级。
该方案尚需外管局及相关政府部门审批；股东大会对要约方案的审批以及股东大会对大股东及其一致行动人全面要约责任的豁免。
华泰证券指，考虑到回购的实施尚存不确定性，仍维持中国建材2024至2026年每股盈利预测 0.18元、0.52元及0.6元人民币不变。维持目标价4.05港元不变，基于7.2倍2025年市盈率，较2008年以来的历史平均(9倍)折让20%，认为折让已经较为充分地反映了水泥需求进入调整期的长期前景。(ha/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-12-06 16:25。)
