China Energy Storage Technology Development (HKG:1143) incorporated a subsidiary, Jiangsu Bize Technology Development, in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The newly incorporated subsidiary has Bian Sulan, a director of the company, as its legal representative, and it will mainly work on the development and operation of energy storage projects.
