China Environmental Resources Group (SGX:RS1, HKG:1130) extended the completion date of a disposal agreement to sell First Rank to an independent third party by two weeks to Dec. 23, a Monday bourse filing said.
The move aims to grant the seller time to investigate and address certain matters raised by the purchaser regarding the disposal.
The parties had first agreed to the disposal and the assignment of a HK$59.2 million shareholder's loan by First Rank to China Environmental Resources in March 2023.
