智通财经APP获悉，晋景新能(01783)尾盘涨超5%，高见6.45港元再创历史新高，该股年内累计涨幅已超210%。截至发稿，涨4.91%，报6.41港元，成交额1705.74万港元。
消息面上，10月25日，晋景新能与华润晋扬、香港再生资源总商会成功签署了《投资合作意向协议》，将在绿色行业展开全面深入合作。根据具体协议内容，晋景新能与华润晋扬拟在海外地区共同投资设立再生金属加工产业园，并携手在香港地区共同打造资源循环产业基地，共同推动电池材料及其他金属材料领域的技术创新和市场拓展。
据悉，华润晋扬由华润环保、晋扬国际、国合国际联合发起，其中华润环保是全国循环经济行业的龙头企业，并在今年10月加入中国资源循环集团有限公司，成为其成员企业本次《投资合作意向协议》的成功签署，进一步落实晋景新能集团与华润环保在多个资源循环项目上的深度合作。
此外，明晟公司此前宣布，将晋景新能纳入全球小型股指数。该变动已于8月30日收市后生效。分析人士称，晋景新能本次被纳入MSCI全球小型股指数成分股，体现了资本市场对公司的内在价值、技术创新，以及未来发展潜力的认可，预期将提升公司的声誉及增加其股份买卖的流动性。
