　　知情人士称拥有好时约80%投票权的Hershey Trust Co．以出价太低为由拒绝了报价。该公司持有好时几乎所有B类股，因此获得其支持对于好时的任何交易都至关重要。

　　本周早些时候知情人士称亿滋对好时进行了初步接触。这并非亿滋首次寻求交易。该公司2016年在230亿美元的收购要约遭到拒绝后退出了关于潜在收购好时的谈判。

　　截至纽约时间上午11：37，亿滋国际股价上涨2.66%。好时股价下跌3.5%。
