智通财经APP获悉，中国建材(03323)早盘高开逾8%，截至发稿，涨8.57%，报3.8港元，成交额934.8万港元。
消息面上，中国建材公布，提出附带先决条件现金要约，按每股H股4.03港元的要约价回购并注销最多约8.41股H股，要约价较H股于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价3.50港元溢价约15.1%，比9月底每股资产净值约12.84港元折让约68.6%。
该集团指，要约回购H股占已发行股份约9.98%及已发行H股约18.47%，要约如获全面接纳，代价合共约33.39亿港元，将以现金支付予接纳股东，并将以外部借款及/或内部资源拨付。该集团指，要约显示对长远前景及内在价值的信心，从而向市场以及包括雇员及客户在内的持份者发出积极信号。
