格隆汇12月10日｜美国最大有线营运商康卡斯特旗下有线业务主管Dave Watson披露，本季的宽频用户数量预料减少10万个，高于市场预期的6.3万个跌幅。Watson出席瑞银研讨会时称，宽频市场竞争激烈，上半年的每季均损失约10万个宽频用户，第三季由于巴黎夏季奥运会开幕，客量流失量改善至8.7万个，但第四季又回复至上半年的境况。他指出，客户流失情况对平均每月每户收入(ARPU)有轻微负面影响，本季的ARPU跌幅预料处于3%至4%区间的近下限。
