公告中提到，回购股份的资金来源为公司内部资源，受托人将以信托方式持有这些股份。截至公告日，受托人持有的A类普通股余额为2872.3万股。公司将持续检讨并决定授予合资格参与者的股份数量，至今尚未授予任何股份奖励。
