Melbourne Enterprises' (HKG:0158) attributable loss widened to HK$156.4 million in the year ended Sept. 30 from HK$129.2 million in the year-ago period, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
Loss per share at the property investor widened to HK$6.25 from HK$5.17 in the previous year.
Revenue grew to HK$161.7 million from HK$157.9 million a year earlier.
The company declared a final dividend of HK$1.80 per share, payable Feb. 6, 2025 to shareholders on record as of Jan 23, 2025.
