智通财经APP获悉，多点数智(02586)尾盘跌幅扩大超40%，触及8.12港元，较招股价30.21港元已破发超七成。截至发稿，跌41.16%，报8.12港元，成交额7250.14万港元。
据悉，多点数智Dmall成立于2015年，为本地零售业提供基于云的一站式端到端的数字零售SaaS平台，成立之初其就开始向物美集团提供服务。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，于2023年，按收益计算，公司是中国最大的零售数字化解决方案服务商以及亚洲领先的零售数字化解决方案服务商。
2021年至2024年上半年，多点数智营收分别为8.48亿元、13.28亿元、15.85亿元和9.39亿元人民币；期内净亏损分别为18.25亿元、8.41亿元、6.55亿元、5.48和2.5亿元。2021年至2023年，多点数智来自关联实体的收入占比分别为67.9%、71.3%、74.9%，而来自独立客户的收入占比呈现逐年下降趋势。而在五大关联实体中，物美集团、麦德龙中国实体二者贡献了主要的收入来源，2023年来自二者的收入占比高达约68%。
