智通财经APP获悉，东阳光长江药业(01558)盘中涨近9%，截至发稿，涨5.87%，报10.1港元，成交额1.32亿港元。
消息面上，12月11日，东阳光长江药业控股股东东阳光药向港交所递交招股书，拟以介绍方式在港上市。据悉，东阳光药成立于2003年，是一家综合性制药公司，专注于创新药，亦涉及改良型新药、仿制药和生物类似药，战略性专注于感染、慢病及肿瘤等治疗领域。
值得注意的是，今年5月10日，东阳光长江药业曾与东阳光药发布联合公告，宣布二者已于当日订立合并协议。相关条件达成后，东阳光药拟以吸收合并的方式将东阳光长江药业私有化，并根据换股比率向全体换股股东发行H股。完成换股后，东阳光长江药业H股在港交所的上市地位将被撤销，换股股东将成为东阳光药股东，并且东阳光长江药业最终将在中国注销。
