兴证国际认购郑州城建票据600万美元
财中社12月9日电兴证国际（06058）发布公告称，其间接全资附属公司CISI Investment于2024年12月5日确认认购了由郑州城建集团投资有限公司发行的票据，认购总额为600万美元（约4710万港元）。根据上市规则第14.07条的规定，该认购事项构成须予披露交易，适用的百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此无需股东批准。
该票据的发行总额为2.1亿美元，固定年利率为5%。票据将于2024年12月12日发行，并于2027年12月12日到期。此次认购将为本集团提供投资机会，旨在拓宽收入来源并为股东创造新增价值。董事认为此项认购符合本集团的投资策略，并将为其证券投资组合带来稳定回报。
