智通财经APP讯，工盖有限公司(01421)发布公告，配售事项已于2024年12月9日根据配售协议的条款及条件完成，其中配售代理成功配售合共1668万股配售股份，相当于紧接配售事项前公司已发行股本的约13.33%;及于本公告日期经发行1668万股配售股份扩大的公司已发行股本约11.76%。
1668万股配售股份已成功按配售价每股配售股份0.2港元配售予不少于六名承配人，概无承配人于配售事项完成后成为公司的主要股东。配售事项的所得款项总额约为334万港元，而配售事项的所得款项净额约为310万港元。配售事项所得款项净额将悉数用作集团一般营运资金。
