　　和誉-B（02256）发布公告，公司的附属公司上海和誉生物医药科技有限公司在第66届美国血液学会（“ASH”）年会（于2024年12月7日至10日在美国加利福尼亚州的圣地亚哥举行）上以口头报告形式发布了匹米替尼（ABSK021）治疗既往一线或多线治疗失败的慢性移植物抗宿主病（“cGvHD”）患者的初步II期研究结果。尽管大多数入组患者尚未完成cGvHD缓解评估所需的6个月治疗周期，但是其中接受匹米替尼20毫克QD 治疗患者亚组的初步数据显示ORR已达64%。

　　截至2024年11月22日，在接受匹米替尼20毫克QD治疗的患者亚组中初步观察到 64%的ORR，所有受累的器官均观察到缓解，包括消化道、口腔、眼睛、肝脏、关节和筋膜、食管、皮肤和肺。
