智通财经APP讯，煜盛文化(01859)公布，于2024年12月9日，该集团的中国营运实体北京煜动文化有限公司(北京煜动)已与一名独立第三方订立投资协议，据此，北京煜动将投资平台实体的一部电影。北京煜动将为该电影的投资方及联合制作方之一。该电影亦将由一家中国中央国有企业投资及制作，并获中华人民共和国最高人民检察院新闻办公室批准立项。该电影讲述中国内地及中国澳门当局合力打击跨境金融犯罪活动，预期将于2025年10月或前后上映。
公告称，该集团是原创视频内容服务供应商，主要从事视频内容营运。此次电影制作及投资机会与集团加强品牌在业界影响力的策略一致。该电影预期将拥有庞大的市场潜力。公司对投资一部优质电影并为其股东创造更大的价值充满信心。
平台实体为一家中国企业的平台实体，主要从事表演及剧院管理，专注于电影及电视行业。
