智通财经APP讯，煜盛文化(01859)发布公告，于2024年12月9日，北京煜盛文化有限公司(公司之间接全资附属公司，“北京煜盛”)已与两名独立第三方订立合作协议，据此，各方将共同制作并推出一档旨在推广及培养中国武术文化的综艺节目。该综艺节目预期将于2025年6月或前后于其中一名合作方(“平台合作伙伴”)的在线视频平台播出。北京煜盛将有权获得该综艺节目产生的收入，包括广告收入、赞助收入及由此产生的平台用户收入。
集团是原创视频内容服务供应商，主要从事视频内容营运。此次合作与集团继续深耕综艺节目领域的策略一致。在专业及可靠的合作伙伴的支持下，该项目预期将拥有庞大的市场潜力及影响力。公司希望透过参与此优质项目，为股东创造可观的价值。
平台合作伙伴是中国领先的在线视频平台，拥有强大的用户基础及内容分发能力。合作协议的另一方是一家专注于音乐版权在无线及互联网领域推广及营销的专业数据公司。
此外，该公司股份继续停牌。
