　　瑞银发布研究报告称，中国建材（03323）回购带来正面惊喜。公司提要约回购8.41亿股H股，每股作价4.03港元，要约如获全面接纳，涉资约33.92亿港元。

　　该行指出，考虑到可观的回购金额及合理的回购溢价，预期投资者对中国建材的潜在回购反应正面。虽然中国建材并未披露回购资金的详细计划，但预计中国建材的国企背景将使其回购资金的来源更为充裕。
