惠记(00610.HK) 及利基(00240.HK) (合称利基集团)公布，就去年4月底公布利基全资附属庞景投资收购将军澳百胜角路多幅农地的交易，集团与卖方已于12月6日完成解除收购事项，集团已直接或间接将其持有的目标集团的全部股权及该等地块的权益，转回予相关卖方，而卖方的律师已向集团支付经扣除卖方就解除产生的费用还款。
根据经修订买卖协议，卖方或其律师须于终止后，向利基集团支付总额约为3,100万元的还款。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
