On a per-share basis, the Stamford, Connecticut-based company said it had a loss of 32 cents.
The company posted revenue of $149.9 million in the period.
For the current quarter ending in January, Lovesac said it expects revenue in the range of $221 million to $241 million.
The company expects full-year earnings to be 27 cents to 74 cents per share, with revenue ranging from $660 million to $680 million.
