Ormat Technologies (ORA) on Wednesday filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the potential sale of securities from time to time.
The filing covers common stock, preferred stock, debt securities, warrants and units, as well as about 6.68 million shares held by Japan's ORIX (ORIX).
The company plans to use proceeds from the sale of securities for general corporate purposes. Ormat won't receive any of the proceeds from the sale by the selling holder.
