智通财经APP获悉，中烟香港(06055)现涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.02%，报27.25港元，成交额3169.67万港元。
消息面上，近日，中烟香港发布公告，宣布与相关卖方订立烟叶类产品出口至新地区框架协议，旨在扩大公司烟叶类产品的转售及出口至新地区。该协议的有效期自2024年11月27日开始，至2027年11月26日止，为期三年。同时，公告中提到修订2023年烟叶类产品出口框架协议下的现有持续关联交易的期限及相应年度上限。
国泰君安指出，上市之初集团对于中烟香港的定位即是资本市场运营及国际业务扩展，2021 年公司并购中烟巴西，通过赋能管理增厚盈利，是一次成功的尝试。基于此案例，考虑到中烟系进出口及境外经营主体繁多，中烟香港有望作为上市平台持续整合中烟系资源，主要途径或将有三：其一，中烟系其他独家经营区域的进出口业务纳入上市公司，其二，上市公司收购体系内其他境外子公司，其三，参考海外烟草巨头经验体系外并购亦不失为一种选择。后续收并购落地将为公司带来额外业绩弹性。
