智通财经APP讯，信义玻璃(00868)发布公告，于2024年12月11日(交易时段后)，信义汽车玻璃(香港)与供应商(“信义国际及信义集团(玻璃)”)订立2024年玻璃供应协议，据此，供应商将于2025年1月1日起至2027年12月31日止(包括首尾两日)3年期间继续向信义储电集团供应汽车玻璃产品。
考虑到信义储电的持续业务发展，信义储电董事预期截至2027年12月31日止3个年度，2024年玻璃供应协议项下的交易额将分别不超过1020万港元、1100万港元及1180万港元。
