智通财经APP讯，创业集团控股(02221)发布公告，根据公司组织章程细则，由出席╱参加公司于2024年12月5日举行的董事会会议的董事(占现任董事(包括林先生)人数不少于四分之三)通过有关罢免林家匡先生非执行董事职务的决议案，向林先生送达由不少于四分之三的现任董事(包括林先生)签署的书面通知，罢免林先生的非执行董事职务，自2024年12月11日起生效。该决定乃由董事会考虑林先生自2024年11月以来失去联络及未能出席及参与各次董事会会议的整体情况后作出。
