综合市场资讯，昨日(11日)有大手客连扫启德跑道区3个新盘，包括会德丰牵头的DOUBLE COAST I、中海外(00688.HK) 旗下维港-双钻、嘉华国际(00173.HK) 牵头的启德海湾。 代理消息称，上述大手客入市单位，由同一组新香港人购入，共涉26伙，总值逾1.48亿元，料作长线收租之用。
会德丰地产副主席兼常务董事黄光耀表示，有1组大手买家连购10伙、涉资逾6,618万元，包括5伙实用320余方呎一房户、5伙实用437方呎两房户，成交价551.7万至768.6万元、实呎1.72万至1.78万元。他认为，是次大手成交是受惠减息、启德绿色集体运输系统提早落成的消息带动。
维港-双钻亦获大手客买入10伙，实用面积300至305方呎，全部均为一房，成交金额由509.2万至529.2万元，呎价16,872元至17,457元。
