澳博控股拟5.46亿元收购珠海物业，计划改建酒店
财中社12月11日电澳博控股（00880）发布自愿性公告，通知股东及潜在投资者有关建议收购事项的合作备忘录。公告中提到，潜在卖方拟以现金5.46亿元（约5.84亿港元，不含税）出售位于珠海市横琴新区的物业。该物业包括九层的分层办公单位及一个零售单位，总建筑面积约为1万平方米。
合作备忘录并不具法律约束力，但涉及保密性、排他性等法律责任。潜在买方需满足上市规则相关规定，并与主管政府沟通，申请改建为酒店的相关事宜。若收购事项得以实施，该物业拟改造为三星级酒店，以满足日益增长的酒店需求。此举将有助于公司在澳门及大湾区的业务拓展，反映公司对澳门经济及旅游产品多样化的支持决心。
