AQUILA ACQ-Z(07836.HK) 表示，继承公司“找钢网”的新上市申请已于今年9月10日失效，预期将于今日(9日)或前后向联交所重新提交新上市申请。
另外，Aquila、目标公司找钢产业互联集团及其附属Merger Sub，已订立修订协议，达成或(倘准许)豁免特殊目的收购公司并购交易的交割条件最后截止日期，已修订为明年3月18日下午11时59分。而就特殊目的收购公司并购交易而言，Aquila将为其上市权证持有人提供机会，可选择以每份进行赎回的Aquila权证0.10港元的权证赎回价赎回其持有的全部或部分Aquila上市权证。(gc/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
