Wang On Group's (HKG:1222) subsidiary Wang On Majorluck agreed to surrender the remaining term of its lease of the wet market located in Kai Chuen Shopping Centre, Hong Kong.
Hong Kong Housing Authority, the landlord has agreed to it for a compensation of HK$5.4 million, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Wang On Majorluck had leased the wet market located at B1/F, Kai Chuen Shopping Centre, Kai Chuen Court, Wong Tai Sin, Hong Kong for a fixed term of six years.
