智通财经APP讯，中国储能科技发展(01143)发布公告，公司建议以供股方式按认购价每股供股股份0.21港元，按于记录日期营业时间结束时合资格股东每持有1股现有股份可获发2股供股股份的基准发行最多4.486亿股供股股份(假设记录日期或之前的已发行股份数目并无变动)，筹集最多约9420万港元的所得款项总额(假设供股获全数认购)。
假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目概无变动，且供股获悉数认购，则供股的最高所得款项净额预计约为9200万港元。公司拟按以下方式应用供股所得款项净额：约29.3%用于向供应商支付采购成本;约48.9%用于收购代理分销协议项下的权利;约10.9%用于储能系统技术研发;及约10.9%用于增加集团的一般营运资金。
于本公告日期，现有股份于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位为4000股股份。董事会建议，将股份于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位由4000股股份更改为8000股股份，自2025年2月13日上午九时正起生效。
