智通财经APP讯，思城控股(01486)发布公告，于2024年12月13日，租户(公司的间接全资附属公司)与业主(为独立第三方)确定租赁文件条款(其中租户已于同一日签署确认，待业主完成其标准内部签署程序后正式签署租赁文件。)，租赁物业自2025年3月1日起至2028年2月29日止(包括首尾两日)，用作本集团在香港的主要营业地点。
据悉，该物业位于中国香港尖沙咀海港城环球金融中心北座7楼712-713室及15楼全层。
集团目前正租赁该物业作为其在香港的主要营业地点，而现有租赁协议将于2025年2月28日届满。董事认为，经考虑本集团应在未来三年内维持稳定的办公场所以支持其在香港的业务营运;维持集团在该物业的营运将节省搬迁及装修成本;及鉴于现时市场状况，租赁文件项下的场所每月租金具竞争力，故订立租赁协议符合本公司的利益。
