消息面上，海昌海洋公园在此前宣布，与一家产业基金订立无法律约束力的示意性条款清单，该基金计划认购海昌海洋公园发行的1亿美元可转换债券。这一潜在融资事项不仅将为公司带来资金，用于一般性公司资本开支和流动资金，还可能导致该基金成为公司的主要股东，并引入新的董事和高级管理层，建立重大战略合作关系，涉及公司目前及未来的业务。
此外，海昌海洋公园表示，旗下文旅项目北京海昌海洋公园已于日前启动总包招标，标志着该项目将进入实质性建设阶段。东吴证券指出，文旅消费是激发改善型消费的关键手段，中央和地方政府正在陆续推出相关政策以刺激消费。预计未来旅游人次将保持稳定增长。
