智通财经APP讯，庄士机构国际(00367)公布，于2024年12月13日，公司的直接全资附属公司庄士地产国际有限公司拟向Chuang Industries Limited出售Income Holdings Limited的全部已发行股本，代价为约1260万新加坡元。
据悉，目标集团主要透过新的尼龙从事买卖家居装潢产品，新的尼龙的唯一资产将为该物业。该物业为位于新加坡裕廊镇惹兰阿末依布拉欣245号 的工厂综合大楼， 占地约230,174平方呎，大楼总楼面面积约为79,087平方尺。现时该物业仅有约18,590平方尺由新的尼龙使用，而该物业的余下范围现则为空置。该物业为工业用途。
