智通财经APP讯，中国农产品交易(00149)及宏安集团(01222)联合公布，于2024年12月13日，宏安集团(01222)的间接全资附属公司拟向中国农产品交易(00149)的间接全资附属公司出售Regal Smart Investment Limited伟骏投资有限公司的目标公司全部已发行股本及股东贷款，代价为1.5亿港元。
据悉，目标公司的主要资产为于中国合营企业深圳市集贸市场有限公司的50%股权。中国合营企业主要从事目标物业内中国湿货市场的管理及分租予租户。中国合营企业拥有拥有物业，其包括位于中国广东省深圳市的合共11个农产品市场，总建筑面积约为15,463平方米。拥有物业的若干单位现时已出租以赚取租金收入。
中国合营企业为深圳市湿货市场的公认营运商，于深圳市以品牌“惠民街市”营运合共16个农产品市场。
中国农产品集团一直寻求机会扩展其于中国的湿货市场及贸易业务，以争取最大股东利益及提升中国农产品集团的投资价值。交易为中国农产品集团将其业务版图扩展至深圳市的宝贵机会，并符合中国农产品集团的整体业务方向。预期交易将产生深圳农产品市场与中国农产品在中国的现有农产品市场之间的协同效益，继而进一步使中国农产品集团巩固其现有业务及扩阔其收入基础。
