【对俄制裁可能升级，油价延续上涨】金十期货12月13日讯，消息面，美国政府称将强化对俄罗斯的石油领域制裁，隔夜油价延续上行。供需面来看，三大机构陆续公布12月报，需求方面，OPEC同时下调2024以及2025年原油需求预期。OPEC向来对需求预期较为乐观，连续下调符合市场预期。IEA将2025年需求增速上调10万桶日，主要受到非OECD国家增长的支撑。总体调整偏中性。本周EIA数据偏空，美国原油以及成品油库存全面增长，表需也开始走低。短期油价受到美国可能强化对俄制裁的影响而走强，但持续性存疑，多单灵活止盈，下方受到OPEC+减产的支撑，空间也不会太大。
