Soilbuild Construction Group (SGX:S7P) completed its share consolidation, merging 10 existing shares into one consolidated share, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company's issued share capital stood at SG$107.87 million, corresponding to 165.5 million consolidated shares following the move.
The development follows shareholder approval from the Nov. 25 EGM. Shareholders with fewer than 10 shares before the consolidation were excluded.
