智通财经APP讯，睿智医药(300149.SZ)披露2024年度向特定对象发行股票预案，公司拟向睿联投资(拟设立)发行股票。本次向特定对象发行股票的发行价格为6.23元/股，数量不超过1.49亿股(含本数)。
睿联投资(拟设立)的实际控制人WOO SWEE LIAN先生为上市公司董事长、首席执行官(CEO)，且本次发行后睿联投资(拟设立)将成为上市公司的控股股东，WOO SWEE LIAN先生为上市公司实际控制人。
据悉，本次向特定对象发行股票预计募集资金总额不超过9.31亿元(含本数)，扣除发行费用后的募集资金净额将全部用于补充流动资金、偿还银行借款。
