智通财经APP获悉，中国船舶租赁(03877)盘中涨近3%，截至发稿，涨2.33%，报1.76港元，成交额1344.42万港元。
消息面上，12月10日，中国船舶租赁发布公告，提到公司于2024年7月18日与控股股东中国船舶集团的间接全资附属公司广西文船及间接非全资附属公司黄埔文冲船舶签订了租赁协议。根据该协议，公司将若干设备租赁给广西文船及黄埔文冲船舶，租期为12个月，租赁付款总额为5911万元。
公告中说明，租赁总额包括租赁本金5007万元及租赁利息约904万元。广西文船需每三个月支付租赁款项，并在租赁协议日期起计的10个营业日内支付相等于代价1%的款项作为按金。租期满后，广西文船可选择保留全部设备而无需支付额外代价，设备的拥有权将转让给广西文船。此次交易构成公司的关联交易，因其适用百分比率超过0.1%但低于5%，因此需遵守申报及公告规定。
