恒达集团控股发布盈利警告 2023年溢利预计减半
财中社12月13日电恒达集团控股（03616）发布盈利警告及继续暂停交易的公告。根据最新的综合管理账目及可得资料，董事会预计2023年财年收入约为34亿元至36亿元，较2022年财年的29亿元增加约17.2%至24.1%。然而，年内除税后溢利预计在3480万元至3880万元之间，较2022年财年的7780万元减少约50.1%至55.3%。此外，董事会预期2024年上半年将录得除税后亏损约3510万元至3710万元，而截至2023年6月30日的六个月则录得除税后溢利6920万元。
预期2023年财年的溢利减少主要归因于毛利率下降、持作出售的物业单位成本增加及所得税开支增加。2024年上半年的预期亏损也与物业单位成本增加及持作出售或在建以供出售物业价值下降的拨备增加有关。公告中提到的资料尚未经过独立核数师或董事会审核委员会的审核，实际业绩可能与公告内容有所不同。
此外，自2024年4月2日起，公司股份已暂停在联交所买卖，预计将继续暂停，直至公司达到复牌指引。股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时需谨慎行事。
