消息面上，海昌海洋公园近日公布，旗下文旅项目北京海昌海洋公园已于日前启动总包招标，标志着该项目将进入实质性建设阶段。据悉，北京海昌海洋公园毗邻北京通州区的北京环球影城，计划占地总面积约15万平方米，预计于2027年开业，将由北京通州城市建设运行集团及海昌海洋公园合作打造，以打造“未来海洋馆”为愿景，设计将融合环境设计、游客体验和动物养殖等。
值得注意的是，11月20日晚，海昌海洋公园宣布与一家产业基金订立无法律约束力示意性条款清单，约定该基金拟认购公司发行的可转换债券1亿美元。潜在融资事项预期将导致该基金可能成为公司主要股东，同时将引入新的董事和高级管理层，并建立重大战略合作关系，涉及公司目前及未来的业务。
