Lument Finance Trust (LFT) said late Thursday it maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.08 per share, payable Jan. 15 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 31.
The company also declared a one-time special cash dividend of $0.09 per share, also payable Jan. 15 to shareholders as of Dec. 31.
