　　嘉宏教育（01935）公布，于2024年12月13日，经贸学院（该公司的并表附属实体）于该宗拍卖上成功投得自然资源局提呈出售的位于中国河南省郑州市上街区的该地块的土地使用权，总代价为约人民币3.06亿元。有关收购事项的成交确认书因应成功中标而订立，而有关收购事项的国有建设用地使用权出让合同预期将于成交确认书签署后30日内由经贸学院与自然资源局订立。

　　公告称，该集团将于该地块上建造经贸学院的新校区，这符合集团发展策略，同时亦扩大其高等教育规模。收购事项将显著提升集团拓展其教育服务及设施的能力，对集团日后的可持续发展产生积极影响。
